Bonusly is a platform for colleagues to send positive communications to each other — colleagues want a structured way to acknowledge each other publicly. We felt that combining Bonusly and Yammer functionality would create a virtuous circle of team communication.\n\n**The Bonusly app has been around for a few years. Can you share any results?**\nYammer has been a great acquisition channel for us! Our conversion rate on signups from Yammer is 50% higher than our second-highest converting channel. About 13.5% of our paid seats are in companies that signed up from the Yammer App directory, or are actively using the Yammer/Bonusly integration.\n\n**Any technical or marketing advice to share with developers who are new to the Yammer platform?**\nIf you have a freemium or free trial option for your service, submit a “Try It” app to the Yammer App Directory.
